Coaching
What can you expect from coaching?
I offer two types of coaching: Holistic coaching and Lifestyle coaching. Your request for help may contain aspects of both types. The boundaries of coaching are not fixed — together we look at where your needs lie.
As a coach, I guide you on your own development path. I look at you as a person, give you the space to be yourself and discover, and ask questions to increase your self-insight. I listen and give advice where needed. We work together on your goal. I hold up a mirror for you.
Sessions take place online. There are approximately two weeks between sessions.
Choosing a coaching trajectory?
Before the first session, you'll receive an intake form and lifestyle questionnaire from me.
Session 1: exploring your request for help, mapping your current and desired situation.
Session 2 (lifestyle track): discussing your customized lifestyle advice.
Sessions 3-5: deepening sessions. We explore what you need to reach your core.
Lifestyle advice
After the first session, I'll ask you to do homework regarding your lifestyle (nutrition, movement, sleep and stress). I process this data into an analysis, followed by personalized advice. This document will contain approximately ten pages.
